Our Restorative Massages are for injuries, deep tissue, and muscle recovery. We highly recommend 90 minutes for this type of massage.
Our Wellness Massages are a wonderful tool to use for your mental and emotional health. This is also what we call our relaxation/swedish massage. We highly recommend 90 minutes for this type of massage as well.
This type of massage is similar to our Wellness massage with the intention of increasing your mental health. Not a lot of muscle manipulation is done during this massage and little pressure is applied. The focus areas for this massage are arms, shoulders, neck, head and feet.
Jess offers a variety of Yoga classes. Her Restorative Yoga classes are perfect for those who are winding down from the day. Her Gentle Flow classes are great for every body and you will leave feeling like the warrior that you are!
