I would like to open up and share some of who I am and why I feel this healing lifestyle is so amazing. I am a LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) who believes that massage therapy is not just for healing your muscles, I whole heartedly believe that massage therapy is soul changing. Sometimes massage will bring your emotions to the surface and I want you to know that is ok.
